Spring Clean Up: April

• Power Rake Lawn (Dethatching)
• Vacuum and remove dead grass
• General clean-up of lawn and shrub beds
• Fertilize with pre-emergent to
  prevent crab grass
• Grass seed and peat moss applied
  to bare areas of lawn
• Lawn will be cut according to growth

May: weekly maintenance includes

• Lawn cut, edged and trimmed.
• All debris cleaned up in streets
  and around garbage receptacles.

June:

• Weekly Maintenance
• Lawn Fertilized and sprayed for weeds

July:

• Weekly Maintenance
• Insecticide and grub control applied

August:

• Weekly Maintenance
• Lawn fertilized and sprayed for weeds
• Evergreens trimmed if needed

September:

• Weekly maintenance
• Aeration of lawn
• Evergreens trimmed as needed

October:

• Weekly maintenance
• Lawn fertilized and winterized

November: Fall Clean-Ups

• Lawn trimmed as needed
• Leaves cleaned out of shrub beds/lawn
• All yard waste removed

Extras

Other landscaping services that may be provided upon request include: laying sod, seeding, mulching, lawn aeration, planting shrubs, planting flowers, and creating gardening beds.

Common Area Maintenance

Depending on your needs, Complete Condo Care may perform the following services on a weekly or bi-weekly basis:

• Vacuum stairwells
• Clear lobbies/entryways of debris
• Mop entryways
• Remove "junk mail" and menu accumulation
• Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace bags
• Clean windows and doors
• Clean doors and railings of fingerprints
• Sweep laundry rooms of debris
• Clean washers and dryers
• Replace all light bulbs on premises annually (March)

Snow Removal

When there is greater than 1 inch of snow accumulation, Complete Condo Care will clear all walkways, including parking and garbage areas.  Salt shall be spread around doorways and walkways to help prevent icy conditions.
